デラウェア大学で美術基礎の最終日 / Last Day of Art Foundations at UD

So...today was the last day of UDel Art Foundations...

This means the end of beginning art, intro art. The end of freshman year.

It's been awesome. <3

First, Drawing II crit.

The idea was to work with numbers. I chose mine on overpopulation.

(Mine's the board with metal fleeing from the top.)

Cut ups + Metal + Greys = Explosion of population, slums, development.

Design II! Kinetic sculpture (it has to move...)

We had some snacks while we did crit.

My sculpture.

Turn the center, spoon hits the glasses, glasses full of water make a mangled melody.

...

Aesthetically, it's very appealing. Functionally, it's very mediocre. 

Aww...it's over. Year One. Done.

Onward to finding a job so I can stay in Delaware and make money more conveniently than if I were to stay the summer back home in New Jersey!
