The days have been a tad hectic...but I am confident in saying that I worked diligently on my final projects (perhaps maybe not my cardboard, though).
Drawing I
The scissors + post-its: My recent desires to cut up limitations I previously set for myself and my tendency to deconstruct and analyze.
The boot with feathers: My energetic and rather free spirit.
The red marker: My attention to detail in both art and life (the little things!). Red's also my favorite color. :]
I messed up the perspective on the boot a looooot. And the shell by the feathers looks pasted on. And my edges run tangent to each other. But at least I worked my butt off on it... Overall I think it's successful.

Design I
It's a USB key! Or thumb drive. Or flash drive. Whatever you call them! (I just call it a USB...)
Yes it does slide. :] I should have put more detail into it. But again, I think it is successful! This was by far the most memorable and fun project because everyone was up and about in the studio, working with and for each other, full of artistic energy. I really loved the one night my friends and I worked from 5 pm to 5 am hopped up on Monster drinks and munchies!

Intro to Digital Media
Cactopus! I animated it in Flash...and hell was it more difficult than I thought! I had only animated something very short in Flash (as in less than 10 seconds). But I wanted a challenge...and needed to hone my Flash skills. I'm so glad I did this! It tied for second place in my class, but lost by two votes. I'm not bummed out anymore, because the people who won at the final "competition" were far better (even though I would've loved to see it on a that huge screen).
